The referral program can be applied both to net new user referral & users who haven’t purchased Suvit’s Subscription at any moment of time.
Once the referred user purchases Suvit’s Plan, Referral rewards/bonus will be credited to referrer’s account based on the number of referred users which will be rewarded after the end of the Offer Period (31st December, 2024).
No renewal purchase referrals are allowed (Refer to Ineligible Referrals section below).
To participate, referrers must share their unique referral link with potential new customers (referred to as the "Referred").
The referred individual must use the referral link during their registration. However, if the referred individual forgets to use the referral link during registration, they can enter the referral code from the “My Profile” Section in Suvit Dashboard.
Referred individuals cannot edit the referral code once the code is verified.
Referred individuals cannot enter a referral code after purchasing the subscription.
Referrers will earn a reward for each successful referral if the referred individual purchases Suvit Subscription.
Referrers will receive JBL Wave Beam Wireless Earbuds on 2 active subscriptions purchased by referred users.
Referrers will receive Nothing Phone (2A) - 8+128GB on 5 active subscriptions purchased by referred users.
Referrers will receive iPhone 14 - 128GB on 8 active subscriptions purchased by referred users.
Rewards will be calculated and Referrers will receive their rewards after the expiry of the offer period i.e. after 31st December 2024.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
The company reserves the right to disqualify any referral if the referred individual is found to have violated the terms or if the referral was made fraudulently.
Referrers cannot refer themselves or use multiple accounts to earn rewards.
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice. This includes changes to the reward structure, eligibility, or other program details.
The program is valid until 31st December. After this date, any uncredited rewards will be null and void, and the referral program will cease unless extended or renewed.
By participating in the referral program, referrers, and referred individuals consent to the collection and use of their data as outlined in the company’s privacy policy.
The company will use the data to track referrals, process rewards, and ensure compliance with the program.
The company is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the referral program or the use of rewards.
The company reserves the right to adjust or revoke rewards if any irregularities are found.
The warranty and guarantee of the products - JBL Wave Beam Wireless Earbuds, Nothing (2A), iPhone 14 will be liability of the manufacturer & will not be borne by Suvit.
Any disputes arising from the referral program will be handled by the company’s dispute resolution process, which may involve mediation or arbitration, depending on the circumstances.

The bonus reward will be granted based on the number of active subscriptions achieved till December 31st, 2024 wherein 2 active subscription referrals qualify for a JBL Wave Beam Wireless Earbuds, 5 active subscription referrals qualify for a Nothing (2A) smartphone & 8 active subscription referrals qualify for an iPhone 14.
Participants are eligible for only one reward per milestone, either a JBL Wave Beam Wireless Earbuds, Nothing (2A) smartphone or an iPhone 14, depending on the highest milestone achieved.
Eligible Referrals: Users may be eligible for a referral bonus for referring either a new user or a reactivated user, subject to the terms and conditions of the referral program.
Ineligible Referrals: Users cannot refer current or past Suvit subscribers.
Benefit Eligibility: Only active Suvit subscribers are eligible to receive 'Refer & Earn' program benefits.
